  • Member of the Global Product team and owner of the Rappi Aliado product (Android and Web) used by ~100K restaurants to manage Rappi’s orders (13MM per month).
  • Created a new operating model from scratch that increased the availability of small restaurants (41% of users) by 20pp and GMV by 10%.
  • Reconstructed the store status user interface and management system in the Restaurant’s order manager. The expected impact is approximately US$0.7MM in support tickets per year and -7% monthly churn.
